NOW Entertainment Membership has a retail value of £9.99 per month. That increase is based on the Consumer Price Index Rate of inflation which is published in January each year plus 3.9%. Available on selected enabled BT Mobile plans. 4G Calling also available on iPhone 6 and above – 4G connection required. We will not be liable to you for such delays. You will be responsible for reconnecting any existing devices or equipment you may have. Residential developments with more than 19 plots

This charge applies whether or not the call is connected. If you don't want your number to be obtained through Caller Display or Call Return , dial 141 before making your call. 1471 cannot disclose the number if the number is withheld, unavailable or the call came from a switchboard extension number. You can connect your TV Box pro using Internet mode or by using an aerial. The TV Box Mini only connects using Internet Mode. Some channels that are available in aerial mode may not be available in internet mode.

How Do I Set It Up?

BT phone lines are available with our home broadband and TV packages, as well as our landline plans. Dialling BT 1471 without using Call Return is free. The Call Return feature of BT 1471 costs a fixed fee of 35p. The fee will apply when you press 3 to return your last caller's call.

UK calls to UK landlines and UK mobiles, standard UK texts and data within the UK. Speeds vary by location, coverage and demand. One minute minimum call charge. Your contact details

It will require an engineer appointment. If the engineer is installing broadband or TV, you’ll be sent your Hub or BT TV box in advance, so please make sure you have the equipment ready. Connection times vary depending on whether there is an existing line at the property we can reconnect, or you need a new line. When you place your order we’ll need the phone number or postcode of the property where you want the new line. We use this information to find out if there is an existing BT line we can activate, or whether you will need a new line. Nuisance call blocking functionality blocks up to 100% of nuisance/unwanted calls.

Any additional products with minimum commitment are not eligible to be taken in conjunction with this offer. Requires £50 activation fee upfront. Line Rental included in monthly cost.

Where this person is not you, it must be someone authorised by you to make decisions regarding the location and installation of equipment. If you need a new number, we can arrange for your current number to be re-directed to your new property or to your mobile phone. First of all, see whether you can find any phone sockets in your home. (Make sure you try less obvious places, like under the stairs.) See if there's a BT logo on the front of the socket box.
